I do art and written journals. These journals can put up with lots of "abuse". I have used acrylic paints, watercolors, pastels, collaging.....and the journals hold very well.

I love these as I can keep them in my pocket or bookbag easily. I usually carry a small/thin pencil or pen with it. Your page bleed thru will vary depending on your writing tools. I don't really have an issue as far as bleed thru goes due to the pen and pencils I use. The cover is pretty sturdy and can take some wear and tear.
Easy to use, convenient, and overall very lovely, I really enjoy it. I was able to fit it easily in my travel art bag. Sketching and painting little things that I want to remember is easy and hassle free. It also isn't an overwhelming size. The page is easy to fill and it looks good after.
Pretty much what you want in a cup for your child. Sturdy, good quality, and won't crack the first time they drop it! Which definitely makes it an ideal cup for them to take to school. It's one of my child's favorites! I wouldn't mind getting more from this company.
